學(xué)術(shù)成就和學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)述
候選人一直從事新型薄膜光伏電池材料與器件的研究,針對(duì)如何提高光伏材料的性能,降低其成本,拓展其應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)技術(shù)問(wèn)題開(kāi)展研究,取得了具有重要國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)影響的系列原創(chuàng)性成果:1)在國(guó)際上率先將二維鈣鈦礦應(yīng)用到光伏領(lǐng)域,研制出國(guó)際首例鈣鈦礦平面異質(zhì)結(jié)光伏器件,被評(píng)為“先驅(qū)性進(jìn)展”。 2)創(chuàng)新性提出“非稠合電子受體”新概念和“不對(duì)稱電子受體”設(shè)計(jì)新思路,提出“稀釋”效應(yīng)解釋多組分光伏體系中非輻射復(fù)合的降低機(jī)制。3)提出選擇性光吸收新模型,實(shí)現(xiàn)了兼具半透明發(fā)電和紅外反射隔熱的多功能光伏器件,制備了能量密度創(chuàng)紀(jì)錄的柔性光伏器件,多次實(shí)現(xiàn)當(dāng)時(shí)同類型有機(jī)和鈣鈦礦光伏器件的世界最高效率,推動(dòng)了新型光伏技術(shù)的發(fā)展。在Nature Nanotechnology, JACS, Adv. Mater.等期刊發(fā)表論文570多篇,其中中國(guó)百篇最具影響國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)論文3篇,他引超過(guò)24000多次;連續(xù)入選科睿唯安高被引科學(xué)家,專著1部。授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利60項(xiàng),部分成果得到轉(zhuǎn)化。榮獲全國(guó)創(chuàng)新?tīng)?zhēng)先獎(jiǎng)、浙江省自然科學(xué)一等獎(jiǎng)(排名第1)和化學(xué)會(huì)青年化學(xué)獎(jiǎng);獲基金委杰出青年基金資助,入選教育部跨世紀(jì)和浙江省萬(wàn)人計(jì)劃杰出人才。
